Perforated coils are used for dyeing yarn. Polyurethane yarn is wound onto a coil at a constant tension close to zero at the same time applying preparation of antistatic and anti-stick layers on it to prevent sticking of layers in the wound at the time of dyeing. The perforated coils of the windings are placed in the apparatus and treated with a dye bath containing some selected pigments and auxiliaries, which facilitate the alignment of the dye and its penetration into the yarn. By the selected colorants, you should understand selected dyes of the group intended to color the particular fibers.
